We are the Washington County Area Composite Team, and giving back is part of our DNA. Whether we’re building and maintaining local trails or volunteering at the Blair Bike Rodeo, we’re proving that the Wackos are about more than just riding bikes. We’re growing a team, strengthening our community, and getting more kids excited to ride—one trail and one event at a time.

Washington County Area Composite (WAC) races as a member of the Nebraska Interscholastic Cycling League.

Click on the image above to pre-register student athletes and to receive information about the upcoming season. The NICA PitZone invites will be sent to all pre-registered athletes on April 1st. Preseason activities will be planned after April 1st, watch our Events page for more details.
Practice
Practice
WAC hosts two all-team practices each week from July through early November. Practices focus on building and sharpening mountain bike skills, riding a variety of trails and paths, and mixing in games that keep things fun and engaging.
Athletes are also encouraged to join additional group rides at regional singletrack trails throughout the season to expand their experience and confidence on the bike. A full schedule of organized practices and volunteer opportunities will be shared with athletes and parents each April.
